Gallo Pinto is my favorite. I eat this every other day. It is a great way to give old rice new life. Joe, I hope this helps in your Gallo pinto making.
ReplyDeleteVery excited to have the "official" recipe for Gallopinto, with this my gallopinto making is sure to improve! I have been attempting this bi-weekly for years (embarassing) since Oscar showed me to how to make it in Syracuse. Thank you for sharing recipes!
